Delivery & Shipping

Delivery is calculated by the weight and size of the item along with any insurance needed to cover the order. Small packages will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st class signed for within the UK. For Larger packages, a courier will be used. Larger orders of fabric will be delivered on a roll via courier. For international orders a courier service with tracking is used.

We aim to dispatch within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please allow 7 working days for delivery within the UK and up to 10 days for international delivery.

We aim to dispatch cushions within 2-3 working days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery in the UK and 15 working days for international delivery.

For printed fabrics, there is a 4-6 week lead time. Contact us before ordering if you need fabric sooner.

All parcels must be signed for on delivery.

There will be a charge for any unclaimed shipments or failed delivery attempt.

For international shipments, please note that you will be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements.

We have calculated our shipping based on current delivery rates which may be subject to change but will be noted on your invoice.

Loss & Damage

Petal Cloud Studio takes full responsibility of loss and damage until you receive the order. The item(s) then become your property. If the order is returned for any reason, you will hold full risk and responsibility until we take receipt of the item(s), at which point they will become our property.

Packaging 

The environment and natural world is very important to us and we endeavour to work as eco-friendly as possible. Our fabric roll packaging and wrapping are made from 30% recycled materials. The rest of our packaging is either completely recyclable and biodegradable or from an eco conscious source. We ship straight to customers from our printing mill which helps reduce the amount of travel time. We are always researching ways to eventually make all of our wrapping fully eco friendly.
