References to “you”, “your”, “the buyer” “the customer”, “the user” will refer to the person or company placing an order.

Any use of our website or its contents, including copying or storing of information in whole or part, other than for your own personal use, non- commercial use is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.

Whilst we have made every effort to provide full accuracy of our service and products across our website there may be some inaccuracies, typographical errors, price inaccuracies, and omissions. We reserve the right to amend these errors and cancel orders if necessary.
Product information
Every effort has been made to ensure each product’s description, weight, colour and size have been described truthfully and correspond as closely as possible to what is displayed on the website. These are approximations and some may vary slightly, especially when orders are made at different times. We hold no responsibility for these variants as these are unique qualities to that of the material. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that they have received the correct order and notify us within 24 hours before handling it and/or passing it onto any third party. Once handed onto a third party, we cannot accept any errors which may occur.
We reserve the right to change these descriptions or specifications without prior notice to you.
We have made every effort to reflect the true colour of all of our products, however we cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your screen, monitor or device reflect that of the original product.
When ordering fabric there may also be some variations as natural materials have unique characteristics. Colours and sizes may vary slightly from batch to batch. We do not guarantee exact match between batches.
Fabric
Our fabrics are designed in house and printed by manufacturers within the UK to support the British trade. The fabrics have many natural characteristics. Some may have slubs and knots. These are not considered as weaving or printing faults or faults by our company. These all add to the charm and individual quality of the product, and are part of the natural materiality of the fabrics and printing processes. All of our fabrics are made for interior use and we have stated their suitability. Customers should be aware of these suitability’s and characteristics when using the fabric.
Our fabrics are suitable for residential and commercial use.
We recommend customising our linens for contract, particularly heavy traffic areas, with commercial coatings in order to meet industry fire rating guidelines, stain resistance and to prevent colour wear. We are able to coat our fabrics to make them fire retardant. For details please email the studio.
Fabrics are sold by the meter/yard only.
We provide care instructions on how to wash and iron your fabrics but please email us if you would like to know any more information or guidance on caring for them.
Please note some dyes may be affected by sunlight and we recommend products where possible be situated away from direct sunlight and heat. This will help give a longer life to the fabric.
Our fabrics have been tested under the Martindale abrasion method and are stated under each fabric on our website. These range between 22,00 rubs to 32,000 rubs.
All sizes and measurements stated are approximate. Please allow a +/- 5% tolerance on all repeats and widths given.
We cannot guarantee colour and size match between different fabric bases of the same pattern.
All of our pattern designs are currently printed Linens or Linen blends. If you would like to see a pattern on a specific fabric base, please email us as we may be able to offer you something different.
We can also offer a customisation service where any pattern design can be altered to change the size and colour. Please get in touch with your query and we will provide a quote.
Fabric samples are available and are approximately 20cm x 20cm in size.
Prices
All of our prices stated do not include delivery charge. This is calculated at the checkout stage of purchasing an order. All prices are subject to change due to administrative error or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to change these without notice to you or any third parties.
Placing an Order
Once you have placed an order on our website, you will receive an order number in your confirmation email. Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made we will send out your order to the address you provide.
If an item is unavailable, we will inform you of when it will be back in stock and issue any refund where necessary.
All fabric is printed to order. This can currently take between 4-6 weeks before you receive the order. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, some supply chains may be disrupted and lead times may take longer. We are working closely with our suppliers to minimise this. We will alert customers to any unusually long lead times.
Payment is accepted through our website.
We hold the right to refuse any order. We reserve the right to refuse any order we deem to be placed by resellers or distributers.
