Cancellation Policy
Whilst every effort is made to accept a cancellation, this can only happen before any items have been put into production or fabric has been cut or printed. If production and fabric cutting have begun then a 50% deposit will be kept.
Any cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this, orders cannot be cancelled and no refund issued.
Returns Policy
All our fabrics are printed to order. It is advised to order a fabric sample first before committing to an order.
Returns of fabrics will only be accepted where products are found to be faulty or damaged on receipt of goods. If you believe your order to be damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 24 hours.
Please check your fabric on receipt of your order before cutting.
Our fabrics have many natural characteristics. Some may have slubs and knots. On small occasions, these may prevent dye inks from penetrating the entire surface of the fabric. These are not to be considered as weaving or printing faults. We believe these all add to the charm and individual quality of the product, and are part of the natural materiality of the fabrics and printing processes.
When returning cushions, returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of when the item(s) was received.
To return faulty or damaged fabric/items please email us with your order number. Then send your order back to us. Once we have received the order, we will check it meets our returns policy standards. You will get a confirmation email and your funds will be refunded to you via Stripe payments. Please allow 5-10 working days for payment to appear in your account.
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, and in the original packaging in the condition they were received. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return delivery, therefore we recommend a trackable mail service.
For international orders (outside of the EU), please email us and we will create a return shipping label and deduct the cost from the amount to be refunded. If you organise your own return shipment, you will be responsible for any taxes and duties incurred.
